All offers that are listed in the Coupon Submission that is hereby approved by the Online or Local Retailer Merchant must be honored to its full extent by the merchant according to the terms and conditions which are posted within the details of their Coupon. Couponlisting.com shall have the right to treat any Coupon Submission as non-confidential and shall be free to use, disclose, publish, translate, and distribute Submissions without limitation. Couponlisting.com shall be free to use anything contained in such Submissions for advertising purposes. With respect to any User Content submitted and generated by the merchant on or through this Site, the merchant represents and warrants that: (i) merchant owns or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth below in this section with respect to such User Content, (ii) such User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person, If a third party claims that the posting or submission of any User Content by the merchant is unlawful, the merchant will bear the burden of establishing that it is lawful, and you will be responsible for all coupon offers you now verify that are listed on our site. Couponlisting.com is not obligated to publish, display or post any User Content publicly. Merchant further agrees not to upload, publish, display, transmit, post or submit any User Content on or through this Site that is libelous, abusive, obscene, or otherwise contrary to applicable local, federal, or international laws and regulations.
